Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Quantum FM's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Quantum FM provides business management software and related services, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Acceptable Use

Payment Terms
If you purchase paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Payment terms include:
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and code, are owned by Quantum FM or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Reverse engineer or decompile our software
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels
- Use our trademarks without written consent
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services ("Your Content"). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display Your Content solely to provide the Services.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTUM FM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantum FM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quantum FM regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
